In this hands-on class, you'll create edible geodes using three different techniques and three different types of sugar. We'll start with granulated sugar for a finer looking crystal, and finish with a free form geode using premade rock candy and isomalt. We'll add a modeling chocolate rim and paint on some color to complete the look. by the end of this class, your'll be a rockstart! All supplies provided for use in class. Each student will take home one silicone geode mold.
